In Argentina the viticulturists' life is easy: on the terraces located in the 900 m height on the average the sun always shines, the wind always blows, there is always crystal-clear slush useable for watering, in every season the daily fluctuation of temperature is significant - in other words the grape can always ripen perfectly, the acids can be preserved nicely, most of the illnesses are unknown.

It is due to this that obvious ripened character, easy roundness and pervasive fruitiness which are the own features of Kaiken wines as well. At the cellar they deal with the two determining grapes of Mendóza, the malbeck and the cabernet sauvignon, both wines are the beautiful examples of the character, elegance and intensive tastes.
