A famous classic from Australia, which has been made every year since 1951. The 2018 vintage was excellent, the grapes were able to grow in ideal conditions in all three growing areas (Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Clare Valley). It’s a concentrated, full-bodied wine with silky tannins. Coffee, cinnamon, vanilla and many other oak aromas appear on the nose and the palate, which are perfectly balanced by the ripe and dried fruits. A long and juicy finish, enormous ageing potential. (97% Shiraz and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon)
