A classic ‘Australian blend’ that has been made in an unchanged composition since 1976. The Shiraz (Syrah) gives the chunky fruit, while the Cabernet Sauvignon is in charge of the structure and the delicious tannins. Eastern spices, dates and a touch of mint appear on the nose. Despite being medium-bodied, the palate is extremely dense with red berries and subtle notes of barrel ageing.
