Rózsa lived her life in Horitschon with great energy and was a strong presence. She was Franz’s grandmother; with this genre-defining rosé, he is remembering her, while also paying tribute to the refreshing red wine spritzers that he made for her so often as a child. In the most recent vintage, it was pressed solely from organically-grown Kékfrankos grapes, grown on both sides of the border. It has an incredible colour – this is what cherry juice would look like if it could be wine. Raw, pure and freely fermented.
