The grapes grown at an altitude of 100-300 metres on the hills of the Aconcagua region in Chile were harvested by hand, then after careful destemming, pressing and minimal must clarification, the wine was fermented and aged in steel tanks. A true Sauvignon Blanc place of growth that is made ideal for achieving this refreshing style by the mild Pacific breeze and the morning mist. It has a straw yellow-green colour, with green and citrus notes on the nose. It’s an intense wine with lively acidity, mango, passion fruit, green and medicinal herbs, plus a touch of salty minerality.
