Anthony Perol is a fifth-generation farmer; his estate has been a mixed farm since 1912, on which cattle breeding plays a central role alongside the vineyards. The range is authentic, from fresh Beaujolais Nouveau to crémant and white wines. The newly arrived nouveau is fermented from organic grapes, pressed after just a few days of whole-bunch fermentation, followed by short ageing. It is clean and fresh, with a reddish appearance instead of the usual purplish hue, strawberry aromas and hints of dried flowers. An excellent wine.
