The premier wine of the Saint-Émilion estate – 85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Carménère. From sandy, gravelly soils, with relatively young vines, of up to 20 years old. After hand harvesting, it was fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 10 months in new, 255-litre French oak barrels.

Red berry fruit and sweet spices on the nose, followed on the palate by ripe plum, vibrant acidity and elegant oak notes. Although it’s already outstanding now, it’s worth cellaring.
