The Château d'Issan estate, which is located on the gravelly and alluvial soil of Margaux in the Médoc, has been known in Bordeaux since the 12th century. A blend of three grape varieties: Merlot (57%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) and Petit Verdot (3%). After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 16 months. The bottle contains a tannin-focused, rich and aromatic wine that’s waiting to be uncorked.
