90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc from the first-class clay, gravel soil of Pomerol’s plateau. It has a deep ruby colour, intense, fresh and layered aromas of black and red berries, leather, chocolate and violets. A medium-bodied, meaty and dense palate, and alongside the taut structure, there’s lots of ripe fruits, a little vanilla and sweet spices on the finish.
