The second wine of Vieux Château Certan got its name from the parcel that has been owned by the estate since 1946. The 2015 vintage in Pomerol was memorable for its readily approachable but also slowly developing and age-worthy wines. Vibrant aromas of plum, strawberry, pomegranate, violet, dark chocolate and tobacco. The palate is juicy and fresh with a silky texture and very nice oak. 87% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc.
