The grapes come from the village vineyard close to the estate. Two-thirds of the wine blended from several parcels comes from premier cru vineyards. It’s a nice lovely, dense wine with raspberry and plummy fruitiness, rose, dark chocolate and spices. It’s juicy and lively, and it melts in the mouth.

The grapes were harvested from the east- to-southeast-facing, thick clay parcel between August 21 and September 23, then without destemming, the whole bunches were fermented in concrete and wooden vats for two to three weeks and without added sulphur. After the vertical pressing, the fresh wine was rested in used barrels in the cellar for 15-18 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
