Nicolas Potel’s vineyards and winemaking style have steered the character of the wines towards creaminess and richness. This is also true for the Clos de la Chapelle. The 0.49-hectare parcel, planted in 1977, has dense clay soils with sparse limestone. The wine shows subtle buttery notes, ripe stone fruit, pear, peach and acacia blossom.
