This wine is the cornerstone of Nicolas Potel's selection. It comes from one of the oldest plots of the estate, a 3.7-hectare Pommard parcel, planted in 1928. The grapes, organically cultivated since 1992, were harvested in September, then following the sorting by hand, they were crushed by foot in the cellar, before being fermented spontaneously. The 2021 brought a classic Pinot character with a round structure and lively flavours.
