The blend varies from year to year, but the grapes typically come from nearly 50-year-old vineyards in the classic Chardonnay villages of the Côte de Beaune. At the winery, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation, followed by one year of ageing in used oak barrels on fine lees. Citrus, yellow apple, limestone, honey and white flowers.
