A longstanding classic of our French selection, the William Févre estate has been noted since 1959. The family began cultivating the challenging vineyards of the region nearly 250 years ago. The role of the estate wine remains to provide a well-balanced blend of the winery's style and the most characteristic features of the region. It’s traditional in character, with a cool citrusy aroma followed by a precise and tight structure, and a long-lasting palate.

The 2022 vintage was a real gift to Chablis producers, who are accustomed to challenging years, with a rich harvest in both terms of quantity and quality.
