A lively, polished, energetic and endlessly long wine. The loveliest expression of Pinot noir, destemmed, cold-soaked for 4-5 days, then fermented for almost 10 days. The pressing is followed by 18 months of ageing in oak, then bottling is carried out on the spot without filtering or fining.
