Low yielding 45-year-old vines from limestone-clay soil on south-east facing slope with well-ventilated and sunny microclimate. Fermented from indigenous yeasts, aged on lees without racking for 15 months. Great combination of ripeness and freshness. Juicy red berry fruit with some black fruit, plus floral and mineral notes. Round and elegant. Just 1,200 bottles made.
