A southeast-facing, often windy plot with clay and limestone soil. It has the older than 45-year-old vines that are typical of Pacalet, with a minimal yield of 33hl/ha in 2013. It was fermented spontaneously without sulphur for three and a half weeks, then aged in used barrels for 16 months. Typical Beaune density and minerality. Red fruit on the nose and the palate with nice tannins. The character of the area definitely makes a mark on this wine.
