50-plus-year-old vines, biodynamic cultivation, very low yield of 28hl/ha. The vineyard lies in two climats, mostly in the Les Combottes, and one-fifth in the Derriére le Four, southeast- facing with clay-limestone soil. It was spontaneously fermented without temperature control, and was bottled after 16 months of barrel ageing. Elegant, attractive aromas, rose and purple flowers with red fruit. The minerality and freshness typical of Chambolle, ripe fruit, spices, a delicious and complex wine with very nice stony minerality.
