Clay and limestone soil with red clay topsoil in which pebbles and lime are mixed. South- facing spot, 45-year-old vines, 10,000 vines/ha, with 30hl/ha yield in 2012. Organic plantation, processing without sulphur, spontaneous fermentation, two punch-downs daily. Malolactic fermentation occurred in the barrels, in which the wine spent 16 months. Hand bottling without filtering, with minimal sulphur. Dense texture, mineral. Fruit with a touch of spiciness. A layered, exciting wine.
