After the challenging 2024 vintage came the generous 2025. Attitude is tauter, deeper and more concentrated than previous vintages. It fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, then spent five months on fine lees. Pure and terroir-focused: taut minerality and delicate floral aromas frame the palate, where juicy pear and citrus unfold, slightly oily and creamy.
