The Loire’s best-known appellation and the Old World’s most authentic Sauvignon Blanc terroir. The organically farmed vines grow at 200–400 metres above sea level, around the villages of Bué, Verdigny and St. Gemme, across three vineyards with soils composed of 50% limestone, 30% clay-limestone and 20% flint.
Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is a perfect Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire’s left bank. Carefully hand-harvested, made entirely from estate-grown grapes. Fermentation begins with the estate’s own yeast culture, while ageing takes place at controlled temperature, ensuring the perfect balance of freshness and aroma.
Alongside citrus and lightly herbal notes, delicate salinity and flinty minerality appear, with vibrant acidity and a precise, long finish.

Pascal Jolivet, ambassador of Sauvignon Blanc and its homeland, the Loire Valley, has put everything into the variety via the two classic places of growth – the terroir of the milder and mineral Sancerre and the flinty and lean, ‘gunpowder’ Pouilly-Fumé. He has built on their success with Attitude, from Touraine.
