This wine goes beyond the borders of the wine region and is made from younger vines growing in the Loire Valley and in the vineyards alongside the Atlantic coast. Vintage after vintage, during the making of the base wine, the most important principle is to keep the maximum quality and the freshness of the fruit. The night harvest, gentle pressing, six months of ageing in tanks on fine lees all serve this aim. It has Sauvignon Blanc’s varietal character, pure flavours, green apple, citrus, elderberry and expressive saltiness.
