This Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc comes from the vineyards of Touraine, from old vines, from the estate’s most outstanding plots. The bunches arriving in the cellar were destemmed, then, after half a day of skin contact, fermentation was carried out in steel tanks, followed by 6 months of ageing on fine lees in tanks. Medicinal herbs, nettle and elderberry appear on the nose with gradually opening fruitiness. The palate is rich with nettle, gooseberry, tropical fruits and a touch of saltiness.
