Today, Whispering Angel has become one of the benchmarks for Provence rosés worldwide. It’s made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes from selected vineyards near the Esclans Valley, in the Côtes de Provence region. The harvest is carried out at night to avoid the daytime heat and preserve the freshness of the grapes. The carefully selected raw material is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged under strict temperature control, in order to preserve purity, crispness and aromas.
The palate is dominated by fresh red berries, such as strawberries and raspberries, which harmoniously combine with floral notes. It boasts a well-concentrated, smooth, round finish that lingers pleasantly without a bitter aftertaste. 
It’s ideal as an aperitif on its own, with light salads or even as a brunch accompaniment.
