Whispering Angel has become one of the global benchmarks for Provence rosé. It is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) coming from carefully selected vineyards near the Esclans Valley and throughout the Côtes de Provence region. Harvesting takes place at night to avoid daytime heat and to preserve the freshness of the grapes. The meticulously selected bunches are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control to maintain the wine’s purity, vibrant character and crispness. The 2024 vintage posed significant challenges, but the smaller yield resulted in exceptionally concentrated fruit. The nose is layered and complex, while the palate is dominated by juicy strawberry and ripe raspberry, subtly interwoven with white floral notes and the lingering minerality typical of the Provence terroir. The palate is lively yet dense, leaving a smooth and rounded mouthfeel. It is a touch deeper and more complex than previous vintages – a true Provençal classic.
