The 250-hectare estate stretching between Aix-en-Provence and Luberon has only 127 hectares of vineyards, next to parks with ancient trees, outdoor exhibitions, luxurious buildings and the restaurant of legendary Argentinian chef Francis Mallmann. The house’s classic ‘Chateau rosé’ is based on Cabernet Sauvignon, in addition to the local trio (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah). All four varieties are cultivated biodynamically on the entire estate. One of the most ethereal Provence rosés in our selection, beside the powdery nose, it has pure fruits (peach, raspberry), a juicy and energetic palate, with a long aftertaste. It’s a great wine.
