On the 250-hectare estate stretching between Aix-en-Provence and Luberon, only 127 hectares are planted with vines; the rest is made up of ancient-tree parks, open-air exhibitions, luxurious buildings and the restaurant of the legendary Argentine chef Francis Mallmann. The estate’s classic, ‘Chateau rosé’, is built around Cabernet Sauvignon alongside the local trio of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. All four grape varieties are cultivated biodynamically across the entire estate.
