On the 250-hectare estate stretching between Aix-en-Provence and Luberon, only 127 hectares are planted with vines; the rest is made up of ancient parks, open-air exhibitions, luxurious buildings and the restaurant of the legendary Argentine chef, Francis Mallmann. The house classic, ‘Château Rosé’, is built on Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside the local trio (Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah). All four varieties are cultivated biodynamically across the entire estate.

One of the most ethereal Provençal rosés in our selection. Alongside its powdery aromas, it shows pure fruit notes (peach, raspberry), with a juicy and dynamic palate, and a long finish. The 2024 vintage brought a smaller yield than usual, but delivered substantial flavours, sweet fruit and great energy. An excellent wine.
