A rosé of stature from Provence. It’s airy, elegant and complex. Really pale appearance, only a little bit pink. The palate is layered, richly mineral and extremely long. It was blended from three varieties: Cinsault, Grenache and Mourvedre. The grapes come from two areas: from La Londe's quartz, mica soil, and from Barbeiranne's clay-limestone soil.
Alain Combard got famous via Domaine Laroche winery in Chablis, but his heart took him back south, where he established the Figuiére estate. 85 hectares in ‘the Garden of Eden’: grapes, rows of trees, eucalyptus groves and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea behind. Organically cultivated grapes, classic Provence rosé.
