A blend of Ugni Blanc, Vermentino and Clairette from a 4-hectare vineyard near the village of Ceyreste, which is planted with young vines. The hand-picked and hand-sorted organic grapes were pressed in whole bunches in the cellar, the fresh must was fermented in temperature-controlled tanks, aged for a few months on lees, and then it was bottled without fining and with little filtering, in January 2023.
