A classic GSM blend (Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre) from the Rhône Valley. The grapes are sourced from the clay-limestone soils of the Grand-Prébois vineyard and the quartz-rich, marl-limestone terraces of Vinsobres. After bunch selection, the destemmed grapes were fermented in cooled stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing partially in tanks and partially in oak barrels. The wine is dark, deep red, with aromas of cherry and truffle. It has a meaty palate with elegant tannins, ripe black berry fruit, and a long, spicy finish.
