The Juffer vineyard is Fritz Haag’s signature site, and this wine epitomises their style. The ‘liquid ambassador’, as it’s called at the cellar, is made from fully ripe, hand-harvested fruit and fermented harmoniously in fuder barrels and stainless steel.

Golden-yellow in colour. Petrol is already present on the nose, along with white flowers, dried herbs, medicinal botanicals and ripe stone fruits. On the palate, it is layered and long, with saline minerality that vividly expresses both the power of its vineyard and the winery’s precision.
