A precise and razor-sharp Kabinett-style Riesling from the Pfalz estate with a history of over 400 years. Biodynamic viticulture, whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation. Pristinely-pure, ripe flavours, vibrant acidity and appealing residual sugar. Ripe peach and mandarin on the nose, followed by ripe citrus and yellow apple on the palate.

One of Germany’s largest family wineries and biodynamically cultivated estates. They have 86 hectares and instead of growing further, they’re cutting down in order to improve the biodynamic growing. Beside the dry Rieslings, they are known for their sweet wines. They classify their vineyards based in a Burgundian way.
