If we want to convince someone of the virtues of the 2023 vintage, we offer them this Riesling. It's a juicy, ripe, structured and richly detailed wine. After a brief swirl, the smoky reduction dissipates, revealing a piquant, cool and exciting aromatic constellation: Sichuan pepper, hay, peppermint, summer meadows and apricot. On the palate, it’s full of life, complete and rounded, poised to soar, yet never aggressive. The peachy, orangey flavours are accompanied by chalky, salty notes on the long finish. A wine of great personality. Made from biodynamically cultivated grapes.
