One of the cellar's favourite varieties has real Heimann character. Grapes harvested from the monopole vineyard of Bati Kereszt, harvested later than usual, but aged for shorter than is typical, for 16 months in a mixture of ászok and barrique barrels. Cassis and black cherry on the nose, with a deep, dense, raspberry-cherry, rich, thick palate.
