Made from Bálint Földi’s most important variety, it’s almost an estate wine, which comes from the parcels of Szent György Hill, Badacsonyörs and Bács Hill, grown on a total of one hectare. The whole-bunch pressing was followed by cooled spontaneous fermentation, in a mix of tanks and barrels. Bálint used two five-hectolitre barrels for the nearly six months of ageing. Besides the unique and complex grapey, floral and waxy notes of the variety, it also has a volcanic, vibrant stoniness.
