It is again the nicest wine of the series. It’s restrained yet rich, harmonious and pristinely pure, with a white flower note. It combines several volcanic plots in Badacsony and Szent György-hegy. The whole-bunch pressing was followed by cooled spontaneous fermentation, both in tanks and barrels. Bálint Földi used a five-hectolitre barrel that had been filled numerous times for the nearly half year of ageing.
