This year, Bálint Földi’s Riesling was made exclusively from the grapes coming from Szent György Hill. It was spontaneously fermented, in temperature-controlled tanks, then aged in the same tanks, on fine lees, for eight months. It’s a lively wine with citrus oil and peach blossom, with a cool, yet dense palate, vibrant acidity throughout and well-balanced residual sugar. It’s a great experience.
