This blend was first made by Bálint in 2021, using only the two Riesling/Rizling varieties from Szent György Hill parcels. The Riesling was matured in tank, while the Olaszrizling was aged in barrel. Once again, this is the wine in Bálint’s portfolio that showcases more oxygenated, serene flavors.
