In Folly's range, this wine is as fundamental as the juniper that gives it its name in the Badacsonytomaj arboretum. It’s just as fragrant and refreshing as one would expect from a blend of Muskotály, Olaszrizling and Szürkebarát (Pinot Gris). The floral nose is also cooling, with hints of resin and Riesling-like spiciness – all complemented by lively acidity and plenty of fruit. It was fermented and aged in tanks, preserving its fresh, vibrant character. The unique mesoclimate of Örsi Hill near Badacsony and the Folly family's work spanning generations make it truly unique. Light yet complex, a true terroir wine.
