In the range of Folly Arborétum, this wine is at least as fundamental as the namesake juniper in the arboretum. It is just as aromatic and refreshing as one would expect from a blend of Muskotály, Olaszrizling and Pinot Gris (Szürkebarát in Hungarian). The floral aroma is also cooling, with a hint of resin and Olaszrizling spiciness, all complemented by lively acidity and plenty of fruit. Fermented and aged in tank, it preserves its fresh, vibrant character. The unique mesoclimate of Örsi-hegy, near Badacsony, along with the multi-generational work of the Folly family, makes it truly distinctive. Light yet complex – a genuine terroir wine.
