Budai Zöld, an ancient Hungarian grape variety, is primarily known as the pollination partner of Kéknyelű. However, as showcased by Folly Arboretum, it can also produce delightfully enjoyable wines on its own. A really fresh, vibrant wine with well-defined acidity and pronounced minerality, beautifully complemented by green apple aromas and some green herbs.
