Robert’s best-known wine, Bohém, is a blend of Olaszrizling, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc in 2021. Its base is provided by the organically cultivated Váradi vineyard on Szent György Hill, which is complemented by the Riesling from Tagyon Hill. The wine was made partly with controlled fermentation and partly spontaneously in the practical and efficient fermentation room of the cellar. The citrus plays the main role on the nose, while the palate is balanced and round, and the deep mineral character typical of the hill appears on the finish.
