With this vintage, the estate wine celebrates its 11th anniversary. It comes from Szent György-hegy, grown on limestone and volcanic soil, and is spontaneously fermented year after year. A blend of Olasrizling, Riesling, Pinot Gris (Szürkebarát in Hungarian) and Sauvignon Blanc. Whole bunches and destemmed grapes were pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then it was aged on the lees in the same tanks for an additional 6 months. Fresh aromas of sage and thyme, followed by a vibrant, acidic palate with Moroccan lemon and pepper flavours.
