A lively Riesling from the Váradi vineyard on Szent György Hill. Organically grown grapes harvested at various times, perfect ripeness, spontaneous fermentation, tank ageing, complemented by 10% aged in 500-litre Hungarian oak barrels. Elegant, restrained aromas, with crisp acidity, citrus, apricot, minerality and a very long finish.
