A racy Riesling from the Váradi vineyard on Szent György Hill. The organically grown grapes are harvested at different times to achieve perfect ripeness, followed by spontaneous fermentation and stainless steel ageing, with an addition of 10% aged in 500-litre Hungarian oak barrels. The wine has an elegant, restrained nose with crisp acidity, flavours of citrus, apricot and minerality on the palate, leading to a very long finish.
