Sauvignon Blanc (100%) from the Váradi vineyard, which has basaltic, tuffaceous, volcanic soils. The vines are over 10 years old, hand-harvested and cultivated using the estate's customary organic practices. The wine showcases the fiery character of Szent György Hill, balanced with New World-like, bold, crisp green notes. Aromas and flavours of nettle, elderberry and gooseberry play together, with a subtle mineral finish.
