The second vintage of St. George has arrived, made 100% from organic grapes grown on the basalt-sand soil of the Váradi vineyard on Szent György Hill. It is the more richly detailed and more distinctive version of Bohém, made from three flagship local varieties – the Riesling, Olaszrizling and Furmint were spontaneously fermented with the smaller part in barrels, then were blended after lengthy trial blending.
