An Olaszrizling that’s reminiscent of the great wines of old times, with a rich, ripe flavour profile and the distinctive minerality of its volcanic terroir. The raw material comes from the Laposa family’s first vineyard of their own, located on the southern slopes of Badacsony. The wine spent 10 months in oak barrels, which adds depth and complexity to the overall profile. On the nose, ripe fruits, oak, vanilla and the variety’s characteristic almond notes unfold. On the palate, alongside the warming tones of barrel ageing, peachy fruitiness, subtle minerality and saltiness give the palate richness and a truly long finish.
