A pure and youthful Olaszrizling from the northern side of Lake Balaton. Citrusy notes, slight spiciness, refreshing acidity and a long finish. Following the temperature-controlled fermentation and brief ageing, the fresh Olaszrlzing was put into a screw-cap topped bottle at the winery of the Laposa siblings.
